Because he’s getting paid and does not care. That’s the bottom line. His career record shows it. He’s way over his head but still making the $$$.

It’s just his personality. He’s not really a screamer. Much more laid back. Would be great to find a way to bring him back as DC when we make our next hire but I doubt that happens.

This is such an ignorant mentality. I guarantee he does care. You want to know why? Because he will have a massive paycut if he’s fired.

That’s all good, because that paycut will happen sooner rather than later. He was a lazy hire, and losses like today seem to be the norm for DA.

He’d better care, because the NFL stands for “Not For Long” after losses like today. Coaches are a dime a dozen, and the next great NFL head coach is out there somewhere waiting for the best gig.
