Why does the offense struggle so much when under center?

Shough is money from shotgun. Are the reads that different? Does Shough just need time to get confident in it and trust himself more? Does the OL have to hold up longer?

Would like to see them be better under center but we seem to be a completely different offense when we’re in shotgun vs under center.
