Why didn"t Allen call time out on the Pitts catch ?

Would allow the officials upstairs that it wasn't a catch.
You can't take the time out with you and now they've tied the game.

Pitts but yeah stuff like that is coaching 101. Dennis Allen’s 70th game as a head coach and he still fricks up basic things.
