because when winston comes in they cant let hill get hurt since he is all thats left.
its the brain dead coaching decisions like that is why we lose. they need to let winston sit on the bench and be the 3rd QB, then let hill be the QB.
instead they think its smarter to remove half of their offense from the playbook and play conservative like they have a 40 point lead and dont need to score

They've had lesson after lesson and still refuse
They are just terrible at adjusting and making decisions based on what's happening in a game at that time.
Winston is the backup so by default he plays. No consideration for game circumstances.
