His contract was up at the end of the season and we’re shifting focus and funds on extending Olave. Sheed was fun here and a valuable all around player but he signed a 3 year $51 mill contract that he’s probably not worth. Tyson’s ceiling is massive comparatively and his contract will be longer and cheaper

1) we sucked, we had 1 win at that point. We were obviously not in win now mode.

Because one is getting 17m per year to be a deep threat and a punt returner, and the other is getting 8m per year to be a complete #1 receiver.
