Who is Miss Tackle?

I heard the announcers throughout the game refer to a Miss Tackle, but for the life of me, I didn't once see the lady. Who is she and why didn't I see her? Funny thing though, now that I think about it..she only was mentioned when our defense was on the field.

Kool-Aid throwing that super shoulder in Nix’s back as he dipped of the 18 yard run looks like he’s coaching form Alante Taylor is paying off.
I think Nixs picked up 3 or 4 more yards with that help.

I thought that too initially, but from a different angle, looks like he was trying to punch out the ball from behind.
