Our scouting and evaluation department has gone to hell since Terry left.

Has it though? I think we’ve had some decent drafts as of late.

I’d say we’ve been streaky at best. 2016 and 2017 were drafts for the ages. Everything else is ehh.
I think our problems have been compounded by sticking with certain guys like Peat, Davenport and Trequan and not keeping guys like Vonn Bell, Hendrickson and Onyemata.

23 draft looks outstanding and can get even better. All picks made the team. 3 have started. 5 have played this year. 2 are unknowns at this point Haener and Fosky. That is really good. Holden S looks the part. Hoping to see more AT Perry but Pete you know.

Terry was a pro scout and then director of pro personnel most of his time with the Saints. College scouting was Rick Reiprish and then Ireland.

Huh? Bresse has made a few plays, what else you got to call this draft outstanding?

Disagree its ok man.
I judge by the amount of starters you can get out of one years draft. Not HoF'ers. Cheap starters are very important in todays nfl.
Bresee looks outstanding for a rookie DT
Foskey looks lost so far will see in the next couple of years
Kendre Miller looks like a future starter The hit on him was he never caught the ball. He has shown he can very well
Nick Saldiveri is active and played in 4 games which is good for a 4th rnd olineman everything said about him looks to be a starter one day.
Jake Haener QB to be determined
Jordan Howden a 5th round safety has started and looks like he may stick.
AT Perry is a 6th rnd WR who made the squad and is active. Will see.
As I said "looks" lots of things must play out. And I have little good to say about 21 and 22 drafts if you think I'm just a sunshine pumper
