Whats your Best Case Scenario

A ). Payton appeals suspensions are reduced. Brees signed with Lofton.
or
B). Benson Fires Payton and hires Gruden. Brees signed.
Clearly Benson could fire Payton for cause. I wonder if this is not a conspiracy to get payton to the Cowboys. Pull out your tinfoil hat

Both of those are dumb.
Best case scenario: we hire a new HC or use one of the other coaches as HC and make it to the playoffs and crush Atlanta on the way.

This. Spags has been a head coach, Carmichael has been an interim head coach. Plus Payton has until April 1 to work on possible game plans/plays for this season's opponents.
More best case:
-Payton suspension appealed and reduced to 8 game suspension.
-Saints sign Dunbar and Lofton and 15 other defensive free agents, and a quality wideout to replace Meachem.
-Saints honor Hall of Game commitment, do not utter a syllable of protest, show 110% class, and SHUT OUT their opponent without one penalty.

Then next season Roger would suspend Brees for running up the score on NFL teams and openly trying to defy his punitive punishment. He wants us to suffer and we better suffer or else!

There is none...but I figure Payton and Brees are gone and the bags come out again next year and the Saints will be gone if a few years. Not a doom and gloom type of person but this is really a bad situation.!
