Here in Asheville, NC, I and two of my buddies will be livin' relatively small - my wife is making some nachos from a recipe she saw Emeril do, my buddy is bringing some boudin he has, and we will be drinking good local beer, an ESB. Don't laugh, what you got?

I plan to start the day at Cafe Du Monde. Then walk around the Quarter a little while and make my way over towards the Dome to see if I can catch the Jets/Colts game and then into the Dome, then who knows!!!!!

i'm doing some bbq baby back ribs, sausage, and chicken. got some frog legs i need to cook, so i'll throw that on the pit too.

whatever i feel once im in the dome.... prolly nothing being that i wont want to leave my seat... ill be in NOLA before the game so im sure ill get stuffed there

50 (9-10 count) shrimp, butterflied and stuffed with a Philly cream cheese, waterchestnut and jalapeno mix. Wrapped to the point of encasing them inside a piece of bacon. Skewered with bamboo and grilled for 45-55 min until crispy on the outside.

Crawfish bisque and shrimp fettucini, with garlic bread and beer. Plus, Mrs. Jeff doctors up pretzels with dill, garlic and ranch, brushed with popping oil, and they are awesome!
