What if Texans like what Saints offer..

What if Saints offer better players and more picks and Texans like that deal better? Do Texans ultimately have the final say in the deal? How does that work?

The Texans ultimately have to agree to trade him, but they've preliminarily accepted each team's offer.

Watson just has to decide which one he's willing to waive his no trade clause for.

No. Watson has a No Trade Clause. He can refuse to go to the Saints and then it wouldn't matter what we offer.
