It isn't really realistic to expect instant-impacts from rookies anyway. Our 2017 class was a huge exception to the rule. Realistically they should try to add DL depth, a TE/3rd down WR, and a LB in FA, and then look for "old guy future replacements" or pure BPA in the draft
