Lamar Jackson, Justin Fields, and Taysom Hill all need an OC that knows how to use their athleticism. Running QB Power in a heavy set on 4th down or running the odd read option while trying the throw the ball 35-40 times a game ain't it. Either you get a more reliable pocket passer or you get an OC that understands how to use running QBs.
