Having a receiver other than Mike Thomas we can count on. And it was none other than “stone hands” Teddy Ginn. There’s no doubt we don’t win that game without him, and he caught 7 of 7 balls and all were VERY important.

Trequan Smith and Cook also looked good and like guys we can count on.

He was at Carolina... However, he's had a really good catch % since he's been with the Saints. Sucks he was injured almost all of last year.

If Ginn can stay healthy and if Smith makes the jump to be consistently productive, with Cook and Kamara, Brees has 5 legit targets, which is 3 more than he had for most of last year. That should make a huge difference as the season goes on.

They didnt really go to Cook as much as I thought they would. I think he is going to have a huge impact as the season progresses. Very happy to have Ginn though. Hopefully he can make it through the whole season with no injuries.

Thought you were talking about “OG Stone Hands” Andrew Glover. TE from Haslett’s first season circa 2000.

We need an established run came.

That, Corners, and Oline always worry me.

Truthfully, my only question is can we establish a power run game.

You saw enough of the passing game and pass protection to feel comfortable.

He’s been here two weeks. I’m sure he has to learn some scheme and playbook eh?

Averaged 7 yards a pop as a team against a pretty good front 7. Should be just fine as long as the oline stays healthy.
