Trade deadline - put every tradeable player on the table

… and press start on a rebuild. Obviously cap issues eliminate the ability to trade certain players. But the only player I would hold is Fuaga, maybe McKinstry. See what value in picks you can get and play bodies just to get through the season. Then at season’s end cut the bad contracts, eat the cap hits, and run it back with the best bad team you can.

The defense got old and finally fell and broke its hip, a la the 1993 defense. Time to reboot. Just so frustrating after week 2 to have faced such a brutal destruction of what I thought might actually be a successful season.

Unfortunately we won’t see a true top-to-bottom housecleaning because of our owner and her relationship to upper management. It’s going to be head coach and down. So just purge the roster and let the next coach buy his own groceries.
