Amazing how you go from this:

Falcon Fans Already Feeling Confident Yawn. How soon they forget the turd their team laid in week 1. It's easier said than done to come to New Orleans and win. How often have they done it since Brees and Payton have been in charge? Oh, that's right, 0.

To this, over a 3 point OT loss:

It's real simple. The Saints ain't beating Atlanta, so you can go ahead and take that scenerio off the table. Therefore, they will be playing Tampa for a playoff berth on the last game of the season. Winner will be in, loser goes home. I would never in a million years have thought after last season, the Saints would miss the playoffs this year, but they probably will.

Wow, you went and pulled a post from the third game of the season. Amazing, my opinion has changed over the course of an entire damn season. That's incredable.

Lose out the last 3 games and miss the playoffs. Is that meltdown enough for you?

We could lose the last 3 and still make the playoffs.

You suck at this

Don't worry, you'll be back at the end of the season to hate on Coach Payton and the Saints and tell us how sorry they are for missing the playoffs after starting 10-3.

Right, if all the teams were contending with lose out too. We don't hold any tie-breaker advantages. If you're counting on all the other teams to bail the Saints out by laying down, then you suck at this.

he was just making a ridiculous statement, that could actually happen

as opposed to you already "knowing" that the worst is going to happen to us

All right, look at the facts. The Falcons have only lost once at home since Matt Ryan has been their QB, so the odds are against us winning there. And the Saints have not swept the Bucs since 2006 and have only done it twice since the formation of the NFC South. That means the odds of what I'm saying happening are very high. It is much more likely that the Saints lose both these games than that they win either one of them.

And they'd still be in the playoffs unless Matt Flynn tuns into Tom Brady

no team has ever lost the last 3 games of the season and won the superbowl, hmm we all know where this goes.

what about the odds of us winning the superbowl, cause i mean the saints were never meant to win the big one

i didnt realize this was the same saints team that for so many years were the laughing stock of the year.
