I heard this on the radio. We're 0-10 in the coin toss this year, so no way we lose it twice in one game. Oh wait...

0-11 is one of the craziest stats I've seen. Yeah, it's 50-50 everytime it flips, but the odds get stacked up the farther you get out.
I believe the odds of 11 losses in a row on 50/50 odds are 1-1,024! Good thing this isn't doubling down on each bet at blackjet. With a $10 original bet, that would be a loss of $10,240.
All math whizzes or gambling addicts please correct my calculations if wrong.

I rather defer an opening kickoff (read: not in OT) anyway. I like the odds of being able to get a TD just before halftime, receiving the 3rd qtr and getting another TD immediately. IMO just easier to make a comeback if necessary.
