Time to press the reset button

Never thought I'd say this, because I really thought we were close to being a threat before the season, but it appears to be time to blow it all up and start over. New staff, trade/cut all of the veterans over the age of 27, deal with the salary cap hell and dead money for 2-3 years and hopefully watch a brand new team grow together during that same time span. Right now it just appears we're trying too hard to hold onto a past era that's gone. Time for a rebuild.
