Brees arm strength clearly in decline. He’s had throws like that this year. If Cousins throws that pass it’s a TD.

Kansas City screwed NO by trading up and jumping right in front of them to grab Mahomes, that would have been perfect. Mahomes is quite the arm talent and would have been behind Brees for a couple of seasons and then it's his time. frick KC!

I wouldn't admit it until recently, but the decline has definitely started.
He's still better than 80% of the starting QBs in the league, so I still don't understand the idiots who call for his head every time he has a bad game.

Tons of QBs in this draft. Grab one and let Brees go one more year to break records while playing new guy. The time has come.

Brees can go two more years. You’re just gonna have to take the deep ball out of the playbook. We are limited in what we can do. I agree he is still better than 80% of the starting quarterbacks in the NFL but we just can’t do the deep pass anymore, so we’ll just have to use 80% of the playbook. Draft a guy and groom him next year and maybe the year after that if Brees hangs on.
