I don’t hate him. I have his jersey on my wall. Brees is the number one reason for the saints turnaround. The front office screwed him over in his prime for horrible drafts and fa decisions likely costing him at least one if not two more ‘ships.
I did lose respect when he caved on his beliefs and bent the knee. Lost more when he put a knife welding rapist on his helmet which is still unbelievable to this day to me.
But he had his reasons which the main one was probably for this NBC job, but in the end karma got him. Out after one year.
