I know you have very little respect for black people. OTOH many of us do respect them and feel they can do well based on merit and let the owners and GMs hire who they want to hire. Giving a team an advantage due to hiring minorities (which I'm one, Guatemalan) is a slap in the face to all minorities.

Windshield man, you are entitled to your opinion and I likewise. If African Americans were waiting on merit alone, they would still be slaves. This world is still extremely racist. As I imputes earlier, African Americans comprise of over 75%. Management, as a matter of principle and practice should incorporate minorities given that they are the future of the league. Currently, minorities represent less than 3% of all the executives positions in the league.

It is for this reason, that in order to infuse directives for a more diverse leadership structure, it is paramount that drastic measures must be taken. Quite simply, the Rooney rule has provided limited success. It is for this reason, ownership must be forced to consider African Americans and other minorities into executive positions. To continue the current hiring practice will provide similar results. No one is asking for a “handout” but a helping hand is needed to change the current Management disparities.

Well slavery is illegal so that's not going to be the case. What the league is doing and what the democratic party has done for decades to blacks is almost as bad as slavery. This whole thing is for show and it's a slap in the face to present and prior black NFL head coaches. Black coaches get their positions b/c they are great at what they do, not b/c someone feels sorry for them for being black.

If you wanna put programs in for minorities to learn leadership, coaching, management sure. Giving teams higher draft pics just b/c you hired a black coach is a huge slap in the face, not only to black players on other teams, but also to the fans, which many tend to be black. I'm strictly against giving teams a bigger advantage, that's just an ugly look.

You are delusional if you think that white men will voluntarily give up power in a league of which over 75% of the players are minorities. In regards to your political comment, I actually don’t believe either party represent the interest of any group. Political parties are interest based by nature. Nonetheless,we will agree to disagree on this issue. It is apparent that you have much more fait in ownership to do the right thing than I. Leaving this decision to them will yield the same results. There are many qualified minorities that get passed over each year.

That doesn't help anything when they do the programs but the job goes to a Brian Belichick, who immediately got hired out of college to work in the family business.

If they don't hire a man b/c he is black even though he is the most qualified that is their loss. They own the team, they shouldn't be "forced" or lose advantage for simply not hiring a minority. Again, if they choose not to hire someone b/c they are black, that's their loss, and somebody else's gain.

The only thing I don’t respect is your inability to think. I doubt very seriously that you are in fact a black man. You sound more like an indentured servant.

Ya'll are focused too much on how many black football players there are compared to NFL head coaches. That's the case for many different businesses. Most construction crews are made up of hispanics yet all the owners are white. Same for farms and countless others. If you wanna fight and do things to give those "lower" employees a leg up then fine, for instance making more minorities accessible to training for supervisors in the construction business, better education and management, or whatever it may be. You don't force in advantages or take away from their rival businesses b/c they don't have enough hispanic supervisors.

Like I've done many times on here over the years, I can smell out the fakers. The posters who pretend to "fight for minorities" and call out all the racists. When the truth is, after a little back and forth, I can always get the true human ya'll are out, and ya'll are always racists deep inside, every single time.

I know you don't wanna bring politics in, but just like all my white liberal co-workers, calling everyone racist, fighting for minorities, when in reality, talk to them long enough, and you find out, they have no black friends, don't like blacks, and say the kind of remarks you say on here.

I hope you can find someone to polish your shoes brah, good luck with life. You can go back to making your nooses now.
