Very few qb's are good against the blitz. Brees begged people to blitz him because he knew his offensive line was stout. If you have a good offensive line, your QB will be better than average.

Yes but todays NFL is watered down at the QB position there aren’t a lot of elite guys
Previous era had 4 elite first ballot HOF’ers in Brady, Brees, Manning, Rodgers. Mahomes is the only current QB you could put in that category

I'll probably get downvoted for this. Mahomes is a good QB, no doubt. Love to have him on the Saints, but I hesitate with giving him all the accolades he gets. He retreats from the pocket very quickly. In fact, most times he's not getting any pressure and he moves out the pocket. I know that's his style, but a disciplined defense will give him fits. Also, the Chiefs live and die by yards after the catch. They run a lot of wr screens and quick passes, look at the stats. Tyreek Hill was the best YAC receiver year after year.

Agreed. Mahomes honestly isn’t that great. Good, but not great. DC4 is just as talented if not more.

So Russell Wilson, Eli Manning, Joe Flacco, Brock Purdy, Carson Wentz, Nick Folse, Brad Johnson, Rex Grossman, Matt Ryan, Jake Delhomme, Colin Kaepernick and Matt Hasselbeck, Jalen Hurts, Jared Goff, Chris Chandler and Trent Dilfer are all top QBs? Because all those guys have played in a Super Bowl in the last 20 years or so.

I think you guys are having a little bit of recency bias because the chiefs offense hasn’t been great this year or last year, mainly due to personnel
