idk why I brought Shanle up, he blows
as does Ingram in this system
so 50-50

The guy is a good RB for a 3rd string short yardage back on a pass heavy team without much help from an oline when 97% of the plays he is in for is a run up the middle and the defense knows it.

so you have said one thousand times, we get it
but again, the staff got him in early, with different sets that weren't short yardage and he did nothing.
and yet again, a first round pick
so add all that up and it was a wasted pick, something Ive said one thousand times

I might be wrong on this, but i think technically we never would have had that pick if we saved it, so not totally worthless.

That's the staff's fault for not using him properly, not his. PT and Sproles are obviously better in those situations. And above him. Always find and highlight your players strengths.

And I will disagree with you 1000 times more. He's young, on a pass heavy team, with a pass block oriented oline, and limited in carries b/c of our system. I dont think he was a bust. Jamarcus fatsass Russel was a bust. Ingram might not have panned out how we hoped, but he isnt a bust.

Considering two first round picks were spent, he is a big bust.

You shut your mouth he is the best running back in the game when you just need to get back to the line of scrimmage!

Ingram had 3 YPC and Thomas had 2.5 YPC. This is not a Mark Ingram exclusive problem. This is a run blocking and pass-first offensive scheme problem.
Where are you getting those stats? I have Ingram at 2.9 and PT at 4.3.

Actually he gets 2.9 yrds past it consistently.
No way!! Not a whole 2.9 yards!!
