That was my dad’s epiphany when he worked the Saints sideline in the 70’s…
He use to get mad after every loss, until he noticed all the players shaking hanks and talking at the end of every game. He finally said frick it, what the hell am I getting upset about when these guys don’t give a shite….

I can't think of a person who was more gracious in victory and bitter in defeat than Tom Brady. But to be fair, he held everyone to the same unrealistic standard that he held himself to. That's the secret recipe for unapologetic greatness.

Guys used to hate each other and it made sports more enjoyable. The buddy-buddy mindset has ruined sports.
Seeing the honey badger excitedly go out of his way to cross team lines to dap up Demarcus Robinson During the game after the defense couldn’t stop a nosebleed made me sick
