Carolina won it 3 years in a row despite never having back to back seasons with a winning record in franchise history

This can’t be right. How is this even fricking possible with the success they’ve had? Or just in general? What a wild roller coaster ride it must be to be a fan of theirs

It's true. Until 2006 they never had back to back .500+ seasons, and have still to this day never had back to back winning seasons.

I'd love for us to keep that streak going.

Panthers' Record by Season

Hell Rivera was nearly fired after back to back losing seasons in Cam's first two years, after also starting poorly in 2013.

Then they went on a crazy run (started 1-3 but finished 12-4) that year to save him, and get the first of their "3 straight" division crowns.

But they have never had even back to back .500+ seasons under Rivera, with that middle division crown coming with a losing record.

They are on the verge of once again having a losing record (or at least only .500), if only some team out there could help them out...
