Inconsistency has been his problem all year. So no, I’m not going to celebrate until he starts reliably making kicks.

You critique is that he was a good off-season pickup.
He was good in the preseason but has been rather average during the regular season. Meanwhile, his competition in Denver is having a really good season.
And yes, my job does grade me on both past and current performance.
Don't get me wrong, I want Grupe to succeed, buy he has cost two games this season.
