She spends money. She trusts the wrong people, and those people are in the succession plan. And that’s probably because they know where all the dead bodies (if there are any, but there are always dead bodies in an organization’s past) are buried.

You all assume that the owners and executives live in the same world as the Saints fan. They don't. This is a business first and foremost to them. Winning brings in more money, but winning is not their primary focus and NEVER is. It's all about making money. And if the business is still flourishing, nothing else matters.
