The O supporters don't care who the hire is, they think O walks on water because he likes gumbo. He can do no wrong to some people.

I think he is a decent ST coach, so I guess I am the one. He designed the single most gutsy SB play in history and delivered on the second half on-sides kick. The kids are gonna love seeing him wear that SB ring.

Bad ST’s coaches don’t stay in the Nfl for almost two decades. Ppl have no idea wtf they are talking about. It’s not like he always played with a full deck in regards to personell

bullshite. Bad NFL coaches linger for decades due to cronyism, nepotism, all sorts of reasons.
How else do you explain some of the scrubs getting hired and rehired over and over? Payton was loyal to McMahon until he just couldn't be anymore. McMahon was awful for years.
