The 27th Pick is in and it's a TE. Who do you think it is and who do you want?

Safe to say everyone has their favorite TE amongst the group but I'm curious after all of this time. Who are you going with?

I think it'll be Dallas Goedert but I want Hayden Hurst

I forgot who posted it, but someone put up a graphic that graded him almost exactly to Coby Fleener and I think that has scared away a lot of fans

TE's can be made. Saints should bring in a few 6'6"+ basketball players that were not quite good enough for pro BB, and see what they can do.

i see a faster Jimmy G and Ertz. I feel like he fits perfect if you are looking for a playmaker.

I'd prefer waiting on a TE but if forced i'd go with Hurst.

Would rather an Ian Thomas later, but if it's a TE in the first, give me Goedert and it's not even close

There are only two picks that would piss me off in the first round.

Any TE and if we trade up for Lamar Jackson

I'd be surprised if it's a TE.

Don't really know why, just don't think that's where they're going.

to be honest, I'd be surprised too. you can trade back and potentially get the TE you want or get one that is very similar in skill-set

but if we do get a TE at 27, it has to be the best of the bunch, which is Hurst. Goedert is too boom or bust for me imo

I was watching some Mark Andrews highlights earlier and he looks pretty good. He uses his size well when running after the catch and is actually pretty elusive and quick. Goedert and Gesicki dont use their frame well in the open field. i Like gesicki too but he has an issue with dropping the ball. Andrews can be had in the 3rd or 4th round too.

I personally want Christian Kirk if he’s there. However, I could also see them taking a TE like Hayden Hurst, Mark Andrews, or Jon Snikeris at that spot too.

Wait until the third round to draft a tight end.

A ton of sites have compared him to those two but it gets ignored for some reason and everyone here defaults to Fleener.
