So, Colston isn't physical enough, and now Reggie Bush is slow. What's next, Brees is overrated, Shockey is to soft and shows no emotion? Have you quit taking your medication again?

that's exactly what I'm saying, but they don't understand that, maybe I worded it wrong I don;t know I'm getting tired, I'm about to go to sleep, but I will say this , Bush is not a inside runner, never will be, get him the ball in space and watch him create, adios.

This isn't close to what you said. What you said was he wasn't fast.

I said dumbass and I really am going to sleep after this, was that if he's in front of D, yeah he should outrun them, but getting him the ball from line of scrimmage, if he doesn't get good blocks, which is not the case with Saints O line, he won't outrun no one on sheer speed , like most people seem to think, goodnight.

Karney should be getting the ball a few times a game. He has more skills than he gets to show.

As a RB yes he is a BUST. All the Reggie homer's/moes take up for him, " well he caught 8 passes for 100+ yds. Who cares? Brees can't pass the Saints to victory every week.

he get's in open field on some runs and is quickly run down,

he gets run down because he never runs full speed, he almost stops and looks to make a cut or juke move to fake somebody out. Until last Sun. his sucess with those moves vs. an NFL DB have been limited. His stopping looking for a hole vs. hitting a tight gap are the reasons he's not able to utilize that speed as an inside runner.

Yes Reggie is a bust at rb. He can be a great wr though if they ever switch him over.

Yes. A starting RB in the NFL should have more yards rushing than receiving. Reggie Bush is without doubt a play maker and makes highlight reels at the end of the season. But in between the big plays he does very little.

Also he is a very mediocre punt returner. Apart from his 1st TD in the league when he ran back that punt in the Super Dome to win the game for the Saints, he hasn't done anything of note, I don't think.

hole is already there, though the Saints line doesn't block very well, they do open up some creases, his problem is he is not a inside runner. P Thomas and Stecker or Deuce have no problem sliding off that small crease and moving downfield, but Reggie like you said has to do his Fred Astaire routine before finally making up his mind to hit the line of scrimmage, by then hole as already closed. Saints need to stop using him like that.

It doesn't matter how he gains yards as long as he does. It doesn't matter if he gets the ball in the endzone off of a handoff or a toss or a deep pass. All that matters is his impact on the game.

The Saints have to use Bush in a conventional role to keep the defense honest. It is one of the things that creates the opportunities for him on the outside and in the passing game.

Bush has not developed into a quality pure RB. In fact, I think he's well below average in that role. But, overall the impact as a player is greater than any draft pick we've had since Deuce. To call him a bust is crazy. He's a hybrid RB/WR who causes defenses all kinds of problems.

The Saints did not draft Bush expecting him to be a prototypical RB.
