Strawman.
Nobody thought he was happy about throwing picks. It just came off like he didn't care (I know that wasn't the case). It's not really a quality people wanted in their quarterback, because, accurate or not, it gave the impression that you didn't have the competitiveness reqired to thrive the position.
I understand now that's just how he was, but I think it would have helped him to be more self aware of his body language.

Brooks refused to throw a Hail Mary at the end of the half at Carolina. She he was pressed he ran to the locker room instead of running the play called. For that alone he should get hate
You realize he needed major shoulder surgery at the time. Haslet was an idiot for even playing him

Laughing bc he didn't give a shite. So, "haha who frickn cares". Want to know why Charles Grant choked him on the plane ride home after a loss?

completely disagree. whenever brees throws a pick he is pissed, pulls off his chin strap in frustration and immediately sits down. if he has smiled its an extremely small percent. i feel like you are just making shite up to help prove your point though.

Not making anything up. I wont say its a popular coping mechanism, but it does happen. In all sports. It's an expression of disbelief, not laughter

Is he still chasing Real Housewives of Atlanta?
Last heard...
Grant arrested for writing bad checks
not quite like his days with a paycheck from the Saints

I saw Charles Grant once at the Treasure Chest on the craps table. It was unbelievable how much he had on the table.

and honestly Aaron Brooks was one of the best things to ever happen to the Saints. Considering we had the worst QB play in the NFL during the Ditka era. It helped put our franchise back on the right path
This is kinda how I felt at the time. The QB play/offense as whole under Ditka was so putrid and humiliating that Brooks honestly seemed like a godsend.
Aaron Brooks gave us some good times, yall. The first playoff win. We swept the Bucs the year they won the super bowl. The Rams were the scariest team in the league and for whatever reason Brooks and company just gave them hell nearly every time they played. He had games where he threw for 300 and rushed for 100...at one point he was up with Tom Brady for most 4th quarter comebacks in a three year period as I recall.
People who act like Brooks was one of the worst players for the Saints might as well hold a sign saying MORON above their heads

Yes. He was a regular at quite a few places
