So the Saints get an 5th from Miami for Anthony and a 6th from AZ for Peterson

Trade 2 5ths to move up to the 4th to take some no name athletic freak from canada who's gonna become a stud in his 2nd year

what did Peterson have to do to for NO to get that 6th? I'd assume if we don't get a 6th then it becomes a 7th?
