So as long as you raise your arm up that's an intent to throw the ball?

Forget about maybe you're going to pump fake or maybe you're going to bring the ball back in. There was no motion to throw the ball until after the ball was coming loose,..... and it went backwards.
This is insane..

The arm only went forward after he started to fumble the ball. The only reason his arm even moved slightly forward was because of the hit. And then it went backwards anyways

That part is almost as bad as the bullshite "he intended to throw it forward" line. Suddenly lifting the arm up is considered starting the pass without any forward motion? Sure as hell hasn't been that way.
