He reminds me of Herbert honestly. Tall qb with crazy arm talent and can sling it all over the field. He hits some wow throws.

His problem is that he panics bad with pressure. Probably due to extensive injury history. He is scared to get hit. Other than injury durability that is his biggest red flag that I’m not sure he can overcome. This is also the key factor on why the video compares him to Carr.

Good Comp - Justin Herbert
Bad Comp - Paxton Lynch

A more athletic Kerry Collins. If he's half the QB Collins was, he'll be twice as bad.

The same Ward that holds the NCAA record for touchdown passes? 158

Ward threw for 99 more career touchdowns than Shuck (59)

Well hell let's cut him first thing in the morning and free up a roster spot for a 5th center. We know comparisons are never wrong.

People who write this shite are the same people that think LeBron is better than Jordan

Yup. Word on rumor mill is elite arm talent.

Shough is a size/speed/rocket arm prospect.

Similar to a Jordan Love - not good college stats but the physical was too good to overlook. Flacco was same, Allen, Lance.

Arm is extremely strong and elastic. He isnt Mahomes, but he can throw from a 3 quarters (side arm) slot effectively on the run and when pressured. Its a wierd skillset but its impressive. Throws over the top on deep balls, drive balls.

Shough can run too - ran for over a 100 yards in a bowl win over Ole Miss for Texas Tech after getting surgery for second collar bone break. He killed them with the rpo qb runs.

Im def excited about the pick. Give KM his qb. If its this type of sleeper prospect frick it.

Although he had injuries, he basically played two full years (one covid at Oregon) and one (over three seasons) at Texas Tech.

He has thrown almost a 1000 passes in college and is seasoned, similar to Pennix, Daniels, and Nix (all over 1000).

Finally, Shough v Ward was a QB showdown last season. Both threw over 300 yards and 4 tds.

Shough ran for over 100 yard and two tds againt Ole Miss while at Texas Tech in an upset bowl win.

Running for over 100 yard on any sec team is impressive let alone Ole Miss, one with nfl caliber defenders.

Shough can run, you are not wrong. He isnt Josh Allen, but shite yeah he can run.

It doesnt. Just a bad play.

Cam ward had a few of these also - he was still pick no 1.

Cam ward and Shough share elite arm strength and the ability to throw off platform in a side arm motion. The arm angles throws are amazing but also the type of throws that cause these types of plays.

Shough also had one where he altered his arm angle, threw it from a 3/4 quarters position and hit a 20 yard td.

Shough can rip it too, with his deep throws showing an over the top delivery.

Cam hit a side arm deep pass in his combine that had scouts going nuts.

To be fair.
