Seat Geek Problem?

Anyone have issues posting tickets for sale on Seat Geek? I posted a pair for the Cardinals game and I don't see them for sell on either Seat Geek or Ticket Exchange even though my Seat Geek account shows that they are indeed up for sale.

Not sure what the difference is. Tickets are still listed on the NFL ticket exchange through Ticketmaster.

This has been a cluster&^*# from day one...these guys are basically learning on the job ! They should have it all straightened out by the end of the season !

I've found Seatgeek much easier to deal with than the NFL Ticket Exchange as in years past, both on the site and their app. I've sold/listed or transferred tickets to a few friends already with ease, much more efficiently than with Ticketmaster
If you're having issues, you can contact Seatgeek. Posting and updating tickets is instantaneous via the app and site seamlessly.
But it seems like the issue is more likely on your end, i.e. user error, and seems to affect technophobes on this site almost exclusively. Especially if they're over 50 and/or live in Tickfaw, where they struggle to get reasonable internet service for some reason.
If you can't figure out how to post tickets on Seatgeek, "just hit your call button and Tommy will come back there and hit you in the head with a tack hammer".

Their 'start-up' was out and out child-like...i.e. NO coherent section/seat maps, 800# with 15 min. wait time, tickets DID NOT automatically post to nflticketexchange and when they finally did, they did NOT post to your previously 'opened account'....shall I go on ? They have even ADMITTED, they were not well prepared to take over as the ticket re-seller of the Saints ! Seems like you don't know what your blabbing about, doesn't it ?
