Saw this in my feed for YT. Brees breaks all time pass yardage vs Washington.

Looking back on this brought some watery eyes. Especially what Joe Tess said there at the end.
Everything in the world seemed so right. And perfect with all the fans and everything.
Looking back on it, I now wish I could enjoy those moments a little more and not take them for granted.

Nobody and I mean nobody performed in games where he needed a record broken like Drew Brees. Too bad he didn’t really show up in the playoffs year after year

He absolutely is the reason we lost. Why wasn’t that team in this position before he got there?? He made every player better. He made every player do things they could not do before. He held every player accountable. He is absolutely the reason we lost.

Lol. We turned the ball over 4 times. Thats why we lost. The bucs defense was suffocating us. Thats why we lost. Brady didnt make their defense better

Pffft….I wouldn't argue with the GOAT thing but more like he ran into Devin White and Jared Cook. I thought Tom was fairly pedestrian last night. Actually should have had 2 - maybe 3 pics, including one right before a made field goal.

I agree with this, but, with one qualification - Brady is a huge reason why the Saints lost and the reason is Leadership. Brady is a leader of men wherever he goes and at all times. Brees is a follower, not a leader.

First half of 2018 season Brees was at his last stage of all time greatness. Starting in the later half of 2018 to now has been a slow decline.
