Saints Season Ticket Holders: 2019 NFL Game Pass?

So last year was my first year as a season ticket holder, and it was a great surprise to find out that NFL Game Pass was included in the Season Ticket Package.
Is that the case this year?
I am currently in India for work, and would love to be able to tune in for the game, but won't be able to do that unless I have Game Pass activated!
Any info on this or any ways to tune in via web without game pass?

I live in Germany and I use Gamepass and love it. I tried Reddit to stream and figured out just to pay the money cause trying to stream for free is more of a pain in the arse than it is worth.
