You are talking about a bunch of guys that have accomplished nothing but potential we want to win know i.e Peterson, Cutler, Cromartie, Hester, Addai, Winslow, Edwards, Barber, Felix Jones, Patrick Willis just some guys that made an immediate impact

thats 5 starters out of 3 years of drafting and two starting cause others are hurt. Your attempt at making Meachem a good pick is horrible. first 17 games was inactive and would still be if not for injures. So that is 5/21. That includes two picks in the top ten one at #2 which is hard not to choose a starter out of that.
Josh I love the saints and respect your die hardism if that is a word. Just being real about what is going on though. Drafting has not been good. Look at chargers, colts, giants, denver, cowboys for good drafting and you will see the difference. I just see alot of decitions by payton as not being so favorable and they keep piling up. Hope he pulls them through. Saints for sure need a new d cord. I see 9-6 going into Carolina game for the division win and for playoffs. If you don't have tickets to that game, get em

I would say Colston and Bush belong amongst those names, as does Jahri Evans, and this years class hasn't had enough time to make that impact yet, although Porter or Ellis could come along

Our offense will be even more legit in the next five years, and hell, our defense has to improve so.... i really disagree withthis doomsday theory on the next five years...
Besides i think the the FO will do anything to win a championship, i bet they draft 5 more defensive players and get 3-4 more FA defensive players this upcoming draft
