Id like to see us wait on a RB. The guys I like are Shon Greene and Javon Ringer. I really like Peagues from Moo State and DJ Moore from Vandy. Im sure theyre not gonna get any of those guys, but those are who I like for value picks. Moore will prolly go in the 2nd though. Walterfootball.com has us taking JP Wilson in round 7. Gay

it looks like Philly wants Moreno really bad and may want to trade up from 21 to secure him...i think we might be in a perfect spot for the Eagles to trade up to...they may want to dangle Sheldon Brown as trade bait but i think i would rather another draft pick...IMOP the Saints will trade down Saturday..just have a hunch

If the right player is there, we could trade one of next years picks for a pick this year--ala San Diego for Hester last year--next year's 2 for this year's 3.

i think there is good hope for a trade partner if thats the route we choose. there will be lots of activity in this draft.. and theres teams like the pats and eagles who hold extra picks in the 2nd round who may wanna jump back into the 1st round.. it's not just a qb that will cause a team to wanna trade up.. there's still the 2 top rbs etc.. who knows.. maybe someone will wanna give up something to draft jenkins altho i really feel if we pick at 14 we should take him ourselves..

Stay at the 14th pick and if Chris Wells and Knowshon Moreno are gone. I hope the Saints will pick Clay Matthews out of USC. Matthews is a top 25 pick and he can either play inside or out side Linebacker.

That would be terrible. I could describe how terrible this would be but I'll save you the time it would take to read that.
I would really like to see the Saints trade out of their spot andget back into the second round and get and draft Mr. Greene outta Iowa. I feel as though he is the type of back we need, a brisuer that's tough to tackle. IMO

yah greene would be a great compliment to reggie. moreno is one of the most complete backs in this draft as well. i like em both.

I agree, anything on defense would be best IMO. But we do have a offensive coach so i wouldn't be surprised if we draft Beanie Wells

daaaayuuummn.... you are good. you were even close on the olb call as well. (we did draft a projected OLB from the ACC conference) and i can't fault ya for saying DT.. who knows had we not drafted a punter.. NO ONE saw that coming lol..
