I don't believe Breaux officially went on IR yet so he'd be one.
But with Armstead likely to come off PUP that would wash that move out.

Why would they IR Breaux? He had the same injury last year in week 1 and didn't get IR'd? Don't they expect him back around the bye? Could they put him on PUP?

Yup. Basically they tried to rush him back to quick last year (another reason the doctors got fired as he wasn't the first player cleared too soon).
Payton said the actual timeline for recovery fits with the IR with return timeline (and may actually fit the PUP timeline better but because he practiced in training camp (even if it's only once) he isn't eligible).

Keep in mind, if Saints place Delvin Breaux on short-term IR, they could bring at least 1 player back. Probably a vet not exposed to waivers

More than likely. Payton said something after the game to the effect that Anthony got injured and didn't get a fair shake in preseason. Reading between the lines, being a first rounder that meant he was making it.

There are a good bit of other guys like him being released today. He has more value to us than other teams as he would have to learn their system.
I'd put it at a slight advantage to clear as he didn't get time against ones to show if he can do it against tougher competition.
