I hate feeling like this.
On one hand if they went into the tank, it just might force a change but even then, the FO might give some lame arse excuse and keep grinding the way they have because it was so successful for so long.
they are being fricking reckless if they think their current vision or plan is going to work.
They shouldn't be aiming so low and just trying to win a shitty division.
