Problem is he would do this on third downs quite often, rather than trying to make a play, even if losing.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. I get he's trying to be the franchise's anti-Favre, but give me the guy willing to take the shots any day, especially if they have the skill to do so.
I will never agree with anyone that says Rodgers is better than Favre.

Generally, I think it's a good idea for Rodgers because he's so good, why take the risk, he can get it on the next play.
But for whatever reason, it seems like this season he's taking that to more of an extreme than he probably should.
