Cowherd said watch for movement with Jacksonville at 5 because of who's drafting next. Next would be the Raiders, who've been mocked Jeanty. Normally Cowherd is a very shitty source but he has dickrode Payton since he took that year off and did Cowherd's show weekly. Payton likes to trade up and isn't tightlipped about what he wants.
