Awesome! Thansks for sharing that...

I've never heard Gleason's sideline comments before...the guy is an inspiration.

Nothing that happened in the Super Bowl year will ever top Gleason's block. At least in my opinion. I was there, nothing has ever sounded even close to the outburst of noise that occurred as Gleason ran towards that kick and blocked it. Just special.
I want Gleason's name hanging from the rafters before its too late for him to see it.

I expect the same noise level for the 1st game vs the Falcons. Someone is getting punched in the mouth week one.

As much as I would like to hear it happen, I don't think you can recreate that moment. It was years and lots of suffering in the making.

This.

This.

But I wasn't at NFCCG or SB, but I highly doubt it was more electric than that moment.

If I never go to another Saints game the rest of my life, I think I could live with it after that night.

I've been to tons if sporting events across our fine country

This and the first mets game after 9/11 are by far the two most emotional events I've been around

Truly something that just doesn't happen

Steve Gleason referred to that moment as the world's biggest beer-spill.

He wasn't lying either. I put about 10 ounces on a few people in that moment.
