If Victor actually played well on special teams he might make it, but he doesn't so he's still odd man out. No room for 5 HBs this year.
If anything it's more like Lasco vs. Edmunds for that last HB spot.

No special teams. He won't see the field unless 2 or 3 of our RB's get hurt. Stash him on the PS & activate him if we get injuries.
If we keep 5 RB's...I honestly think CSP will choose Cadet for the passing game.

I sure hope not, but I can see the reasoning if we only keep 5 WRs as he can act as a WR (hell he has WAY more catches than rushes so I consider him in that spot anyway).
But we have other return options and he doesn't do special teams aside from that.
