What makes him the future? A few preseason games where he was mostly ok and not much better than our other backup? I'm not saying he isn't but I need much more evidence before I get rid of a QB that had a winning record, was statistically the best QB in the league for the last chunk of the season and had 25 tds to only 8 interceptions behind a terrible line. Slow the hell down
If we're going to put someone on a pedestal for preseason we need to go all in for Mac Jones or Zach Wilson since they both ended preseason with a 115 qb rating. Yeah, ok
