I can give Moore a pass for not having talent. But the amount of pre-snap penalties is inexcusable. Those are a matter of a lack of concentration by the players and lack of emphasis by the coaching staff.
It’s Week 14, and they’re still doing the same stupid shite like jumping offside and moving before the snap.

I've been sour on Moore since the Seattle game. So many awful decisions and very undisciplined team.
Hope another offseason helps him settle into coaching, but damn he has a long way to go.
