you fricking moron.

in the NFL, it's turnover ratio. Good rule of thumb...if the Saints break even or are better in turnover ratio, they will most likely win any game they are in. As would most teams with a good QB.

a good running attack is attainable without an elite RB, AS PROVED BY THIS VERY NEW ORLEANS SAINTS TEAM OF 09. What we needed is what we got: an aggressive turnover-based defense to help aid in that turnover ratio margin. I never said safety is a worthless position, and never argued that DS wasn't valuable. But shite, even when we had secondary injuries, we still managed to make it through most of those games without getting too overly exposed because we finally got a fricking defensive coordinator with a plan that complimented our fricking offense.

I know you can't see this. But I wanted to throw it out there for the hell of it.

Oh, and

the line has gotten better though, the year before they were getting blownup at the line of scrimmage.

moron, right back at you, teams knew the Saints were one dimensional, and had to pass, that is why they struggled so much.

but yes, GW did make an impact on D, I have always said that.

too priceless. And you poor thing, you still don't get the fact that it's turnover ratio, not the goddamn running game, that played the biggest part. It's also hard to run with your RB's when you literally have one that's healthy. But don't let bad knees get in your way there tubby.

Please, keep posting ridiculous shite tubby. Waiting to see how far we can take this ridiculous idiocy of yours.

Also, Peyton Manning wants to ask you of this amazing fricking running game every team must have with an elite RB to make it to the playoffs and SB in the modern NFL. Really.

it's like having a convo with 2 retards, your friend says something idiotic and then you come back right behind him and say something even more idiotic.

and Reggie and others got hurt because they were getting hit in the backfield, remember that idiot or is that too hard for you.

Yet you still talk to the two "retards". It's like it's a stimulation of some sort for you to come back and talk to "retards". I'm not sure what that means.

Ok I came in the middle of this and dont know what yall are arguing about but The Saints were 2nd in the NFL in rushing for like the first half of the season last year, Dallas was the only team ahead of us at one time

Meateye:

Here's the argument...who is more valuable for your football team, a good RB or a good DE?

Depends on the team I think. For us it would be DE because of the way we play the game. Its more of a winning the trunover battle thing now and our RBs were plug and play last year. My son whos 10 couldve ran the ball for us last year.

But on the other hand I would take a say Chris Johnson over a Jared Allen.

don't make me laugh, a great safety changes opposing QB's gameplans and good to great RB's are franchise players in most cases.

uh, DE is MUCH more of a premium position than Safety. You are showing your ignorance.

He will never have as good of a year than last year, so he knows he has to ask for the cash now!

Like you PT, but you and I both know the offense will be great even without you and you will struggle elsewhere without our opened up offense

He's not worth $7 mil per year.... it's probably just a bargaining ploy.
