Some people understand you don’t have to be the head guy to have a very long and successful career too.

I’m 100% certain he could’ve been a HC by now if he wanted to. Some guys just don’t want the spotlight and stress of having top to bottom responsibilities with the franchise

No, Pete has no desire to ever be a head coach. This isnt the first or second year he's turned down interviews. He wasn't even the interim when Sean was suspended.
