Payton to Panthers: What type of premium?

Now that the Panthers have been given permission to talk with Payton, you have to wonder what type of premium in picks Loomis will push for given a trade to an intradivision rival should cost more. Extra 2 or 3?

I wouldn't want the Panthers to show up to the 2023 draft, at all, and that's just the starting point.
