I know pat is eternally salty for the superbowl loss. But, earlier on the show he mentioned in passing that mike thomas hated it in new orleans and thats the reason for all this stuff during the regular season. How much substance is there to any of that shite? I don’t understand how he could hate it here. Good locker room culture, sean payton is a genius, he got paid, winning team. What more does he frickin want?

Yea he hated breaking the record for most receptions EVER in the nfl and getting paid. Hated it!!

Pat is entertaining but at the end of the day, he’s a fricking punter

The city is trash now, he likely hates living in New Orleans.

He can't say the Saints didn't take care of him financially
And they did it before his rookie contract was up

Can't blame him. New Orleans will be in the gutter for a while. Sad to see.

I wouldn't blame him. Its a shame what a once fun and unique city has become now.

As another poster pointed out, my guess is he hates the city. There is a possibility he dislikes/hates some of the fans; but he'd get the same treatment with every team. Specifically referring to the talking about the not worth #1 WR money, Drew Brees made him, he's soft (bc he missed games with an injury) type of fans.

There is also a possibility that as fans we think the locker room culture is great. He may be limited in what he can say because of that culture, and does not like that. I don't think it's as strict as NE's locker room, but I am sure players have to give up some liberties in order to fit into the culture the organization wants.

Congratulations and good luck on your search. Get out now while you can, because once you are established it makes it more difficult to leave & some companies are more hesitant to hire employees that need to move (still happens, they are just more hesitant).
